Children’s Ministry

Sunday School Sundays, 9 AM • 11 AM Classes for children 3 to 13 years old include age-appropriate Bible lessons and learning activities that are both fun and spiritually rich. The children learn about the character of God, the work of Christ, and the means of living in right relationship to Him. This is accomplished by presenting the whole council of God and demonstrating to children the unity, consistency, and sufficiency of the Scriptures for their lives.

Nursery Sundays, 9 AM • 11 AM Parent’s may bring their children 1 - 35 months downstairs to the nursery area and stay with their child. Childcare might be available depending on child’s age and care needs.

VBS - Our Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a fun-filled program where kids, 4 to 12 years old, explore Bible stories through games, crafts, music, and more. Each year, VBS teaches kids about God’s love and truth in an engaging, safe, and exciting environment.

MB4Kids - Our March Break Kids Program is a fun-filled week of Bible stories, games, crafts, and music, all centered around God’s love. Children aged 4 to 12 years old will enjoy age-appropriate activities that help them grow in faith, make new friends, and create lasting memories in a safe and welcoming environment.

Awana - Our Awana program is a fun, Bible-based ministry that helps kids grow in their faith through games, scripture memorization, and engaging lessons. Designed for children of all ages, Awana fosters a love for God’s Word and encourages friendships in a supportive, energetic environment.

Children’s Missions Conference - An event designed to introduce children to the world of missions and service. Through activities and Bible lessons, kids will learn about the importance of sharing God's love globally. The day encourages them to think beyond themselves, develop a heart for others, and discover how they can make a difference in the world for Christ.

Young People’s Ministry (YPM)

JCrew: Grades 5 to 8
SAY:  Grades 9 to 12
CNU: 17 to 21 years old

Our programs include teaching of God’s word; developing relations with God; to provide a fun environment where they feel safe and free to express their thoughts and feelings with their fellow students and leaders; and provide opportunities for them to participate in leadership roles in the youth ministry. 

JCrew is the entry point to the youth ministry. We are here to provide a safe, Christ centred atmosphere for grade 5 to 8, where they can enjoy a fun and safe environment where they can learn about Christ, and invite their young friends to become active in the youth activities.

Set Apart Youth (SAY) provides activities that prepare and equip Grades 9 to 12 to love God, and live for Christ, and to help them reach their friends for Christ, and to develop leadership experience and skills.

College & University (CNU) exists to help young adults pursue their calling, to help them for service so that they can reach their full potential for God by teaching spiritual discipline.

Though there are three separate age groups we function together as one ministry, and we seek to coordinate our ministries to encourage interaction and relationship building between the three age groups. This provides continuity as the younger students move up from one age group to the next.

We also provide Christian education and training to adults of the church.
